BUYER CANCELLATION

In today's world, many of us shop directly from our smartphones, which often have limited screen sizes, leading to occasional misclicks. Additionally, shopping can be an emotional experience, and you may change your mind after making a purchase. If you made an order by mistake or decide to change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours using the contact methods listed at the end of this page to submit a cancellation request.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

We’re thrilled that you love our products and decided to make a purchase! However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive products that fall into any of the situations listed below, please contact us to submit a return or request a replacement.

Eligible products

  • Defective or damaged items upon receipt.
  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)

  • No longer needed: Unfortunately, we cannot accept this reason as you have 24 hours to change your mind.
  • Wrong size: Each product comes with a size chart to help customers select the correct size.
  • Other reasons: Any issues that fall under the customer’s responsibility cannot be accepted.

How to process a return/replacement

  • Contact us within the valid timeframe. Any requests made after 14 days will not be considered.
  • Provide clear pictures of the products to support your claim. The pictures should focus on the defective areas.
  • Please allow 2-3 days for us to investigate your request.
  • Check your email for our final decision and the solution we offer.

Return or Replacement

  • Return: If you choose a return, we will initiate the return transaction within 1-3 business days after receiving your confirmation. The refunded amount will take 3-5 business days to appear in your account balance. In some cases, it may take longer due to bank processing, but it should not exceed 15 days. If you don't see the funds after this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we’ll be happy to send you a new item. Please note that the replacement product must be of the same value or lower than the original purchase.
