ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL
When processing with your order, the estimated time of arrival is depended on two factors:
Handling time:
The duration between placing an order and when it is ready for shipment (handed off to the carrier) typically ranges from 2 to 4 business days. Below, you will find the specific time frames for different product types.
- Apparel (T-Shirt, Hoodie, Ladies T-shirt...etc): 2-4 business days
- Hat: 1-3 business days
- Shoes: 7-11 business days
Transit Time:
For US orders, we use various carriers based on the delivery location, with primary carriers including DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS. Most packages are delivered through the USPS local post office system, with an average transit time of 7 to 11 business days.
For international orders, packages are shipped via DHL eCommerce and delivered by the local post office in the destination country. The average shipping time for international orders is 20 to 25 business days.
NOTE:
- Customers acknowledge and agree that the delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on certain circumstances.
- Orders will only be processed if a valid shipping address is provided. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays in order processing. We recommend double-checking your information at checkout.
- All shipments include a tracking link, allowing you to easily monitor the status of your shipment.
SHIPPING RATE
The shipping fee for the first item is $14.99. For orders with two or more items, an additional charge of $14.99 will apply for each item beyond the first.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
The shipping address will be verified before processing your order using USPS address validation data. If the address is invalid or missing information, your order will be held until we receive your confirmation. We also reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive a response within a certain period. If there are any issues with your shipping address, we will contact you via email using the address provided in your order confirmation.
Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and double-check everything at checkout.
Packages will not be delivered if the shipping address is invalid and will be returned to us. In such cases, we do not offer a re-shipping option, as payments are one-time, and we do not retain any information regarding your payment for additional charges.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
Our company is committed to delivering items to our customers as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in your shipment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

ITEM NOT RECEIVE
If the estimated time frame has passed and you have not yet received your order, please follow these steps:

- If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier to file a claim.

- If you missed the delivery, contact the carrier to arrange a pickup or schedule a re-delivery.
- For US orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered and more than 20 days have passed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
- For international orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered and more than 35 days have passed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
